CNC Shape Cutting

Our company also offers CNC steel shape cutting services. We produce shaped blanks according to the customer’s technical documentation and specifications, including the supply of input materials.

Using high-precision OMNICUT and Trumpf CNC cutting machines, we create burnouts in the shortest possible time. We can provide steel sheets from our warehouse according to the required specifications, or we can process materials supplied by the customer.

We offer competitive prices for shape cutting and attractive rates for input materials.

Shape burning offer

We supply our own steel sheets according to the required specification from our metallurgical materials warehouse or we can process material supplied by the customer. We offer favourable prices of shape burning and interesting prices of input material.

Technical parameters of CNC machines :

up to 6 oxygen + acetylene burners, burnt sheet thickness: 3 – 350 mm
1 torch for plasma source, burnt sheet thickness: 2 – 35 mm, dividing cut: 60 mm
Plasma marking of drill hole centres
Maximum width of burnt sheet: 6,000 mm
Maximum length of burnt sheet: 12,000 mm
Laser cutting, thickness of burnt sheet 1 – 20 mm
Maximum width of burnt sheet: 2,500 mm
Maximum length of burnt sheet: 6,000 mm

Based on the customer requirements, we provide non-destructive testing of materials by ultrasound according to SEL, CSN EN, DIN, tests of mechanical properties in the testing room, surface treatment of sheets by blasting with metal abrasives, annealing, sheet metal bending, drilling, beveling and last but not least transport of finished blanks.
